WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and let us know that you are looking to cancel your order and we will take care of you. Please keep in mind that we process orders quickly, and may be unable to cancel your order.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
We will send you a tracking number once your order has been shipped. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
I'VE PLACED MY ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
All orders will ship in 1-2 business days. Once processed you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS SHIPPED?
Domestic orders take 3-5 days to arrive after being shipped while international orders can take up to 2 weeks.
DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
We do! On domestic orders $100 or more (excluding shipping cost).
